Ignatius Catholic Study Bible NT News


According to Amazon.com, the Ignatius Catholic Study Bible New Testament is set to be released on May 10, 2010. Now let's hope that they get the entire Bible completed before 2020!

I probably won't pre-order it because it is a paperback version, I will wait till it is released and see if it comes out in leather or hardback. But I am looking forward to it. I used the Gospel of John (from the single book series) when I took a graduate class on the Gospel of John and found it very helpful.

I was looking at Ignatius Press' website and noticed that they will be offering three editions of this.

They have an issue date of June 2010, while Amazon has a release date for the paperback edition of April 1, 2010 and allow a pre-order. Currently, there isn't a pre-order for the hardback and leather editions. Price and release dates are probably subject to change.
