Hmmm. Last October, Worthy Publishing (the outlet for Museum of the Bible Books) published the same title (in hardcover and Leatherluxe) using the text of the ESV Bible. There is the same description for the upcoming NABRE, except it does not include "the Apocrypha", and there is an added set of details after the words, "...powerful living text." The listed added details for the ESV includes:

"Inspirational and reader-friendly, the Global Impact Bible sheds light on the many surprising ways the Bible has influenced our lives and our world. Uses the English Standard Version (ESV) translation.

Unique Features:

Approximately 900 beautifully illustrated articles embedded in the Bible text that explore worldwide significant developments, events, and historical personalities.
4-color maps, reproductions of fine art, and photographs of artifacts throughout the Bible.
Short narrative accounts from some surprising historical and modern people telling the impact of the Bible on their life.
A 365-day topical reading plan based on major impact themes. Each of the seven major themes begins with an engaging 2,000-word overview article to inspire readers.
Theme index and Names and Places index."

The Amazon description (for the ESV) states that the 900 articles reveal the Bible's influence on: science & medicine; education & literacy; government & politics; exploration & commerce; arts & entertainment; languages, a human relations. [according to Amazon.fr, European release date is March 12, 2019]
It's listed at Walmart.com with a shipping date of 10/15/18, and a retail price of $79.99
Cokesbury has a pre-order price of $55.99

From a distance, it would seem that this is somewhat akin to St. Benedict's Press, Spiritual Warfare Bible. That edition showcased Paul Thigpen's book, Manual for Spiritual Warfare. This Bible seems to showcase the Museum of the Bible's raison d'etre that the Bible has affected the world (Global Impact, that is).
