Description of Leatherette Edition:
Do you want to know Jesus, but don’t know where to begin?
Why not begin with the Bible? It is the most read book of all time, and is the
best way to discover who Jesus was, how he lived, and what he taught. Even a
few minutes a day spent reading the New Testament can transform your life in
surprising ways – it’s not just another book.
The Revised Standard Version has been acclaimed for decades
as the clearest, most accurate, and most beautiful modern translation of the
Bible in English. This handsome leatherette edition with ribbon marker is set
in clear, contemporary typeface and a single-column format making it attractive
and easy to read.
Thank you to reader Michael for sharing this with me.

Single column format...nice!
What are the dimensions?
Does anyone know if it includes sidebars and/or other added materials that are so common in Dynamic Catholic publications?
If you're going to buy the leatherette of a NT-only in RSV-CE, I'd probably steer you toward the leather NT/Psalms with the RSV-2CE from Ignatius instead:

[The Psalms there are single column, although the NT isn't]
Unless you like the original RSV-CE over the Ignatius. 😀
I went ahead and ordered a paperback copy. I am expecting a thicker- trade paperback looking book. For $25, I would expect that the leatherette would be much higher quality other than just the cover, maybe thinner with Bible paper. I am curious at to what the format and text looks like more than anything.
Now if I live long enough to see a single column NABRE... :)
Ed--a New Testament and Psalms has been published just last month by the Daughters of St. Paul. Single column ----notes are behind each book. Very easy to read and holding is comfortable. This bible was commented on this blog prior to publication. You can check out this edition either on Amazon or Pauline website.

Lenny, Thanks for telling me about that! (Not sure how I missed it on here. DOH!) I'd like to have a NT that's (1)the NAB and (2)small enough to easily hold but still can read for praying the Rosary. This looks like just the right one for that! (Not that I need another Bible/NT. I've gotta start finding homes for the other ones I have besides the large print NABRE.)
Ed---I have this edition and really like it. Good size, very comfortable to hold, font is perfect for my 67 yr old eyes. Easy to read at home, in church or wherever. Like you and others on this site I have several bibles and when I initially purchased this one had slight buyers remorse until I received it. Now I use this daily for reading, praying and meditating.
There are couple of appendices and my fav is for the psalms as it lists psalms for various needs and occasions. Besides appendix for Jesus Gospels and Miracles there a listing for Words of Comfort and Reflection Themes. All in all a good deal for the price and size. It is the NABRE.

Lenny, It's now on the wish list. It looks like a very nice little NT and Psalms! In the meantime, I'm going to try a vest pocket edition NAB NT of my Mom's. It's too small for her to read, but might be OK for me.
I checked out the Pauline Media NT/Psalms and they have a sample "look inside" feature. When I saw the cover I thought it was an Ignatius Bible edition. Exact same "Christ the Teacher" icon imprint as found on the Ignatius Bibles, NT, etc.. Interesting that they did that...a marketing ploy or just councidence? http://store.pauline.org/english/books/new-testament-and-psalms#gsc.tab=0
Hi, does anyone know where I can get a missal cover like the one in ocp.org only I need a bigger side than they have. Thanks.
