Spurred on by a recent post at the blog New Emmaus, I propose this question to you:
What is your reading canon? Or, in other words, which books of the Bible do you routinely return to more than the others? These would be the ones that you know well and feel most comfortable with: The Biblical canon you read!
Here are mine:
OT: Genesis, Exodus, Ruth, Tobit, Psalms, Isaiah, and Daniel.
NT: Mark, John, Romans, Ephesians, James, 1 Peter, and Revelation

That's a very interesting concept. I don't think it jives exactly with my devotional reading style, but if I had to choose I'd say that I return to these books (or sections in these books):
1 Samuel
Jeremiah
Psalms
Tobit
Luke
Romans
Hebrews
I followed the link to the New Emmaus blog, and it had a link to a table comparing Biblical canons which was very illuminating. One thing that I thought was interesting is that there was pseudepigraphal work in the Vulgate NT that I had never heard of, the Epistle to the Laodiceans. Thanks for sharing that link!
My "regular" canon is small, actually.
OT: Tobit, Psalms
NT: Collosians, James, 1 & 2 Peter
Having a devotion to St Raphael, its good to see everyone so far includes Tobit in their lists!
Mine would be
OT: Genesis, Tobit, Psalms
NT: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John
I'd have to go with:
OT: Genesis, Deuteronomy, Tobit, Judith, and Joel.
NT: John, Romans, Galatians, and James
I read through the Prophets and the Psalms. There is an order of reading the whole Bible as suggested by St. Jerome but I've lost it. Does anybody know?

Because I follow a reading plan that takes me through the OT once a year and the NT 2 1/2 times a year, I don't really have a canon.
I'm reading whatever book I happen to be in, at the time I'm asked.
On the other hand, I also say the Office. So I'm constantly in the Psalms. But I don't consider that to be a personal canon. It's part of my Rule.
