From an email I received from the evangelicalbible.com website:
Schuyler is considering an NRSV Bible in 2018 - but needs to know what the interest level would be. This Bible would have the Apocrypha included as well as cross references. Let us know what you think - Please CLICK HERE to complete the survey.
If this is an edition you might be interested in, please make sure to answer the survey. They make some of the finest bibles on the market today.
I clicked the link to take the survey, but I get a page saying "We're sorry. You have already taken this survey." I don't remember taking a survey from Schuyler about the NRSV. Perhaps the link is broken? Is anyone else having trouble?
ReplyDeleteIf you are having issues with the link, sign up for their NRSV email and they will send you a survey: https://visitor.r20.constantcontact.com/manage/optin?v=001opAlASlHsDT1ih0Ok1X6zXCk_ImBho_bZLtnl92eq2uIzpHrjf5JlqRmtg1-QgSD67XtFWXszSNCh-fj32wo37ztLeWXwbSE1-dXZ6s52ZzEdvPYR141ILpxln6O8Ppr0FPYGUI6WKrgBYz4K_i4Ww%3D%3D
ReplyDeleteI had same problem of wxmarc. SAD!
ReplyDeleteSame problem and so I followed Tim's instructions but have yet to receive a survey request by email.
ReplyDeleteI signed up for the email list, but I didn't get any invitation to the survey. I hope they got a decent response rate. It would be amazing to see Schuyler print an NRSV. Whenever I see reviews of their bibles on YouTube, I'm really impressed with the quality.
ReplyDeleteI think the problem is probably that the link is a link to a completed survey, what we need is a link to the start of the survey. Perhaps a Google search will find that url.
ReplyDeleteBC is likely right about the link. Those of you who signed up for the NRSV emails, just give it a few days to see if they send you a survey.
DeleteI think it would be interesting to have a quality binding of the NABRE designed for ecumenical use -- with the books in Catholic order but with the inclusion of an Apocrypha appendix including the additional books used by some of our Orthodox brothers & sisters. I don't know what publisher would even attempt such a thing, but I think it would be an interested edition to the Bible marketplace and it would help, perhaps, to broaden the appeal of the NABRE to non-Catholics.
